I was contacted by Lisa Quinn in August of 2022 regarding sourcing our roll-off containers and lugger boxes from NEIM. I shared the previous negative experience I had with a former sales rep, with Lisa, she was in disbelief but very apologetic. She went into great detail explaining the company, the product, and her commitment to her customers.
After listening to everything she had to say, in a very professional, non-aggressive, and believable manner, I asked her for a Quote on a total of 10 containers, 6 roll-off and 4 luggers. based on my previous experience, I didn't expect to recieve an acceptable Quote. After confirming the specs of each size container, Lisa thanked me for the opportunity and to look for a Quote within 72 hours.
As promised, I received the Quote, and to my surprise, was less than their competitor who we have been buying from for many years. The specs were identical and for that reason, I authorized the order.
Upon receipt and inspection of the containers, I didn't find any deficiencies in the quality of the finished product. We immediately put these containers in service. After 6 months of scrap metals and steel use, they are holding up fine and still look good.
I appreciate the honesty and efforts of our Rep Lisa Quinn and the Owner, Engineers, and Production Team at NEIM. As our need arises, we will contact Northeast Industrial Manufacturing.

Purchased several roll off boxes over 3 years and even worked closely w/mgmt for reinforced specs...None of their boxes lasted more than a year. We have TFI boxes that have lasted 8 years still in better shape than Northeast's 1 year old boxes. Terrible quality, and you can tell when they show up.
