Dr. Robinson took amazing care of my sweet little guy!

To preface, the scheduling was super easy through Petdesk, but these folks are very easy to call/email with as well and are great with questions!

Had a visit recently for my boy's annual. I had a few questions about some skin/ear/eye sensitivities he seems to have. Dr. Robinson mentioned he may have allergies, and recommended a food intake adjustment to rule some things out to start! Great plan!

Additionally, she noted his weight which I've been concerned about. He's 10% over, and she helped me verify maintenance calories + a safe deficit to get him back down. She's been very attentive.

I did admittedly have a previous visit with another doctor that didn't go so well. Most of his issues were dismissed as just being a product of his breed. There was much prejudice towards him because of his breed. Some other questions I asked regarded anxiety and marking, to which I asked if neutering would fix. I was told it would not and was even told he's aggressive by nature and to keep him away from other people and animals. Since being fixed, he has relaxed and marked less however and remains unaggressive towards others.

I don't think I had a good fit with that particular doctor, but I'm glad I could find one here that I love because the support staff are always phenomenal, and I really enjoy this environment for him! I'd like to stay and receive care indefinitely!

Friendly staff, easy to communicate with both on the phone and through the app. Dr. Rouge was knowledgeable and patient, asked good questions and gave us thorough answers. Her treatment plan worked. The clinic is clean and spacious, safe for dogs and cats to coexist, and it's easy to get in and out of the parking lot. Fees are reasonable and transparent. Highly recommend!

Everyone was very friendly. They gave me pats in hugs, and even a few treats! They said they gave me a shot, but I didn't feel anything. Can't wait to go back to see them and get more lovins.

I have been bringing our chocolate lab here for the past year and we always get the best care! We have seen multiple doctors and they have all been kind, professional, and thorough. The support staff are friendly and helpful. The office is efficient and well run. They have also been great at getting us quickly when we've had an injury. They've been absolutely excellent with our senior dog. Our regular visits are quick and an absolute breeze. And they do a really good job of showing care for our pets without showing judgment for, say, our CHONKY puppets.

Dr. Robinson and Zoe Did two of my dogs annual check ups and shot updates. Whenever I go to the vets office, I never have any issues at all. And today was no exception. The team listened to every thing I had to say, evaluated the dogs, Administered medicine as needed, Then made sure that they had my correct information to do a follow up over the phone. As usual North Pole Vet veterinary hospital is a phenomenal place to visit for the care of your pets.
