Friendly staff, fast loading. Was VERY EARLY for my appointment, and was able to catch the sunrise over the water, but once I got in they were able to get me in and out without a problem. Backing can be a little tight getting into the dock, just take your time, and get in. Would definitely take a load from here again.

Wow! This was my first order from North Coast and it couldn't have been any better. The shipping costs are amazingly low especially considering the great packing. I mean... I even still have a small, reusable styro cooler for day trips. The order arrived here in Colorado on the date selected and the stuffed clams are still frozen and look delicious. Perfect size for an appetizer or entree. I'm going to go see what else I want. 🙂 Thanks North Coast!

I get my lobster, crab meat and shrimp shipped to Texas. Each order is always delivered as scheduled and the meat is always fresh. It's a little pricey $$$, but quality always is.

Guys inside were hella cool and funny. I enjoyed coming here. Right next to the water, super cool coming down town.
Backing is tight, minimal parking. But what can you expect for Boston.

I purchased a 16oz can of Special Crab Meat shortly after Christmas 2015 with an use by date of 12/28/2016. On Tuesday the 19th of January, I opened the can with the intention of making crab imperial. Foolishly I tasted the crab meat even though there was an odor coming from the can. I immediately spit it out as my husband entered the house yelling about the smell. I have purchased your products for a number of years and have always been more then satisfied with the quality so I was shocked. Later that evening after doing some research, I located a phone number and called. I initially spoke with a gentleman named Mike who transferred me to Scott of quality control. Scott took my information and informed me he would have a replacement order shipped out my Thursday morning. Can I say how very shocked I was when I arrived home after a shopping trip to see this fairly large container on my dining room table. I was so pleasantly surprised to find 4 1lb cans of lump crab meat inside. This is a company that went above and beyond any anticipated expectation of mine. This more then ensures that I will continue to use their products. I am a very happy woman. Thank you so much.

Be sure you PREcool your reefer to 33 degrees Fahrenheit before you get here. There is no substitute for a cold reefer to keep the Fish Fresh
The guys here were easy to get along with, came out to my rig several times to check my temps, because I did not follow my own advice above. They finally had me pull out and close my doors. It was 90 degrees out at 10pm. If I had left my doors open during the day back at the yard, then I wouldn't have been starting from an overHeated, sun-baked interior to begin with. An hours drive was just not long enough to cool it down to the 32 degrees they were asking for that particular day.
He did take a picture of my control panel, showing my interior temp, probably to document why he had to delay the loading start-time. Fish is perishable, and expensive. Respect the protocol, and your product will be accepted at your delivery.

Purchased your premium hand picked crab meat, one pound can, at our local grocery store. There were 3 prices, and brands, to choose from. $12.99, $15.99, and $21.99. I chose your brand at $15.99 per can. Unfortunately, I will not be choosing your brand again. The crab meat was delicious, but way too many shell pieces in the can. This made it almost impossible to enjoy the crab cakes that I had made. I know that your packaging says, "May contain shell", but there was a lot of shell in my can. The shell was so fine and clear colored, you couldn't see it to pick it out. It reminded me of the scales on fish! I was very disappointed! Next time I'll purchase a different brand.

Very disappointed in canned premium handpicked crab meat. I purchased lump crab meat. I wanted to purchase super lump but the store didn’t have it. When I open the can only a thin layer along the top and bottom had anything that even resembles a lump crab meat. The entire rest of the can was filled with crumbled I don’t know what part of the crab different kinds of crumbled crab meat. Basically there were a few lumps of crabmeat stuffed into the canned top and bottom and nothing about the rest of the canned resembled anything like lump crab meat. It was crumbled and flaky.
