I'm developing a remote piece of property with some access challenges and have been turned down by a different firm due to the location. No problem for Nor Cal. I had two service issues that can arise working with heavy equipment, Nor Cal had their excellent field service mechanic on site within a couple of hours and I was up and running the same day both times. I discovered that a different unit was needed to complete work, no problem, exchanged equipment and moved on with the job. Their in-house delivery driver is affable and chill, took the delivery challenges in stride, no big deal. If you want a low key, easy going, flexible customer experience, Nor Cal is for you. Needed Kabota parts and after calling all over the states and not finding out how to get a transmission case for our tractor, I called Nor Cal Tractor and they got me the part I needed, with super fast shipping and the correct part. I called back to order more parts and Chuck took my order and I had all the parts in a couple days. I highly recommend this place. Customer service is superb.

I rented a dump trailer from Nor Cal Tractor & Equipment, and the experience was terrible. The hydraulic system didn't work because the battery was dead, forcing me to use jumper cables from my truck to dump the trailer. The spreader gate wouldn't open due to a bent pin, and the ramps were so damaged and bent that re-racking them was a hassle. When I explained the issues, the service desk blamed my new one-month-old truck instead of acknowledging their lack of maintenance. They didn't offer me any compensation until I explicitly asked, and even then, they only gave me a 25% discount-far from adequate given the severity of the problems. I would not rent from this business again.

I bought a trailer a couple years ago haven’t really used it much until now. The trailer is great but they put the cheapest tires possible on it and I’m paying for it now. If the trailer you’re looking at has diamond back tires make the replace them with real trailer tires. I wish I would have known I wouldn’t except it with those tires. I probably have 2000 miles on the trailer and I’m replacing all 4 tires.

Bought a used Kubota 2501HST, mower, loader & grapple. Every step was professional, competitive price, and the tractor is top 5-star shape. Though we've rented equipment many places, this was first experience with NorCal team. For us, great service, & would recommend them for a estate tractor.
