The chicken sandwich is very flavorful. It has fried chicken, papaya salad, jalapeño, tomatoes on it. When I was in Thailand, people would be eating fried / grilled chicken with papaya salad separately. This sandwich is a good combination. You might not be familiar with the taste, but it is good. You have to try for once.

The place was kind of small, but have a lot of seatings. However, it was still very packed on a Wednesday night. I walked-in and got the last table, so I didn't have to wait. I highly recommend reservations.

Even though the place was very packed, the food came out fast. The workers are nice and friendly as well.

The only thing is that there is only street parking and the restaurant is located in a busy street, where all the spots are always taken. You might have to drive around to find a parking spot in the neighborhood.

The hype is legit. We ordered the Panang Neua, Crispy Rice Salad, Coconut Sticky Rice, and the Startled Pig. The sticky rice was meh, but the other three dishes were excellent - possibly the best Thai food I've ever had.

Maybe I just misunderstood/missed it, but it would have been nice to have just plain old white rice to accompany the curry especially. The coconut sticky rice is more like a chewy rice wad that doesn't serve as a bed for curry.

Our waiter - something with a G, Grover maybe - was awesome. Very friendly and attentive.

The vibes are a bit annoying and overdone, and the chairs are horrifically uncomfortable. I guess it allows them to pack more customers in, and discourages people from lounging around after their meals, but the seating is downright awful.

Shout out to the entire staff and Hannah!!!!!! You can tell the team enjoys themselves as every interaction was a moment! Brussel sprout were so on point, Pananc curry had the most tender beef and paired beautifully with the shrimp fried rice. I’ve found my local gem and will be bringing all my friends for a fab food with stellar natural wine pairings. Oh yea, get the wings and thank me later!

Terrific food and even better customer service. My wife and I ordered take out from Night + Market Song recently. My wife is pregnant and can't have anything too spicy. She ordered multiple dishes mild, and the food arrived QUITE spicy, much more than we expected for mild. (The food was delicious, btw, just too spicy for her to eat in her condition.) We contacted Night + Market Song about it, and they went absolutely above and beyond to make it right, and did so immediately. I was so impressed with how they handled the situation. We will certainly be back or order again, thanks so much for your wonderful food and service.

Amazing amazing flavours with great spice levels to choose from ! Staff were all so friendly and accommodating… Have to get the coconut rice to try with main dishes — compliments with everything so well ! Very impressed with the Pad See Ew, one of the best I’ve had across LA, NYC and London. That says a lot! One thing is that the pork salad and the crispy rice salad is slightly a bit too salty.

There’s paid meter street parking on Sunset. The meters stop at 8 PM.

THE DISAPPOINTMENT
they charge $10 per person if you bring your own cake to celebrate a birthday dinner. I’ve never heard this in my entire life especially the per person charge. So disappointing that we couldn’t celebrate a special birthday here.

THE SERVICE
I feel it could’ve been better with a little bit more empathy and meaningful customer service. A particular server just didn’t care by the word choices used.

THE FOOD
Great food the pork belly was amazing, brussels sprouts, shrimp pad thai, Nam khao Tod, panang, and pad see ew gai.

THE AMBIENCE
lights were very low dimmed during the night pack spot, clean bathrooms, and a very hipster vibe

Overall, the food was awesome but the service and that excessive birthday charge, took it over the top and ruined the mood for our entire party.

My friend and I found this place in silver lake area. We both love the Thai food so it’s easy to make the decision. This place looks quite cool. You feel like here should be a Mexican restaurant and you may come to a wrong place when you come in. Very funny and confusing. Haha… but still very cool. The menu looks very cool. A lot of Asian and western mix. We love the pastrami Pad Kee Mao. You must try the spicy or very spicy level if you can handle that. It’s just soooooo good! Taking you to the heaven. The service was good. The guy was very nice! Seems no outdoor seating if you look for that option.

So freaking good. Love that they take care of the people in the restaurant more than takeaway! But also ! Food and ambiance is worth it ! Unpretentious and yummy! (Don't listen to the person that said this is hipster food)
