We stopped in as we were passing through town after a long day of being on the road. Had never heard of the chain and nothing else sounded good. Neither of us had had Greek food in probably over a decade.

Jacob helped us understand the menu and walked us through the options. We got a lamb gyro, a chicken gyro and pork skewer. We loved all of it. Food was fresh. Jacob was super personable and friendly. 10/10 would recommend and eat again when in the area.

We came through here on the way home from a funeral service. Nothing sounded good we saw. We decided to try Nick the Greek because it was different. Jacob helped us, and I felt like he was probably the owner. He certainly treated us like he was. He explained everything on the menu and made recommendations. It's a super simple menu and the food was fresh and fast. He brought out other stuff to try even. We were blown away how good it was too. It was a really hard day for my brother and I honestly with the funeral. This was a great way to end the night on a positive note. I don't normally do reviews, but this place earned it. We'll be trying the locations near us next. We didn't know they existed before today. Lol

My husband told me about Nick the Greek and said we needed to try it, believe me I was not disappointed!! I rarely give a 5 star rating as I have worked in the food industry and can be quite a tough critic, but Nicks seemed to check all of the boxes! Very clean is what I noticed when I walked in, the staff was beyond friendly and more importantly the food was amazing and came out very quickly! Portion size was very generous and the price was even better! If you enjoy Greek cuisine you need to check out Nicks! Oh and make sure you don’t skip the Loukoumades for desert they are incredible!

Had a really salty meal here, unfortunately. I've eaten here in San Francisco, and it was great. I don't know what happened, though it could be a one-off event. The guy who served me was very nice but my main meal wasn't great. Dessert was better but 3.5 stars imo. Try for yourself as it could be a mistake

This Novato location does everything significantly better than all the other locations around. Never once had a bad experience here. They are always consistent and the guy running the place is hands on and making sure the food quality is there. I honestly can’t even go back to the other locations anymore

I always keep coming back for more of this delicious Greek food! My favorite thing to get is the Beef Gyro Bowl and it gets better and better every time. I just finished my bowl and am already craving another one. Definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for an extra tasty meal.
