A great free tour to learn how hay bailers are manufactured. Anyone interested in farming or manufacturing or just learning something new will enjoy this tour.

0 stars for the shipping/receiving dept. sat for 5.5 hours trying to get a flatbed unloaded. When I finally got unloaded after multiple calls to anyone who would answer a phone I was told they thought I was someone else. Wouldn’t come back here if it was paying $10/mile.

Entire plant was down for days, due to failure of inventory management system. Glad to see cutter bar assembly was relocated from the DMC assembly line.

Good tour buy John, but closed gift shop too early and didn't get a chance to go through. That was the one thing I want to do and get some new Holland merchandise!!!
