I have been unable to locate a specific Nestle product (Coffee Mate Chocolate Sugar-Free Powder) in several local retailers which previously had carried the item. I contacted the company on their Facebook page and left an inquiry. No response. About a month later I emailed the company's Customer Service department but, again, no response. Recently I called the company and explained to the Rep the issues about Nestle's non- responsiveness. She also had no response, ignoring my question!
She also could not provide a reason for the lack of availability in multiple different retailers.
She was, however, able to locate two Walmarts that have the product in stock (without explanation why other Walmarts, plus several Fry's and Safeways, don't have it in stock).
So, I will visit those Walmarts and hopefully get to enjoy this product again.
