After dropping off my loaded trailer, I was given an empty trailer full of sand. In order to clean out said trailer, I had to use my blower to remove the sand. When I finished, I was verbally assaulted and photographed by one of their yard dogs about cleaning out the trailer.
All he had to do was simply ask for me to clean up the mess (Which you can see I did), and I would've happily done so. There was no need for him to yell, take photos, and threaten to report me when a simple request to clean up the mess would have sufficed.

The guys at the security gate are cool enough. Fat man in the office carried on with his telephone conversation for 10 minutes before booking me in. You have to have a hard hat and safety vest on otherwise fat telephone man will send you away. I was the only one wearing a hard hat. None of the security or dock workers were wearing them so why do the drivers?

Doors 16 and over are pretty .much blind side backs in a tight yard. Not too difficult if you know what you're doing but a novice will struggle, especially if they start stacking the trailers sideways in front of the trailers opposite.

They seem to be taking one pallet every 20 minutes - I am delivering a 53 foor trailer full to the back doors and roof with their cardboard packaging so I am expecting to be here for a while, I will add an addendum here when I'm finished.

Dropping my empty trailer was overall a very unremarkable experience as far as gate staff go. The problems started at their preloaded trailer lot. The lady at the gate is very militant about not sliding your tandems on their lot and being very condescending to drivers to the point of calling them "stupid." This is the only distribution center in the lower 48 I've encountered that has this "rule." I will not be returning here.

We had a delivery of 11 pallets of dog and cat products right before the winter storm on 01/03/2025. Of course our driver got stuck in the middle of the blizzard in Manhattan, KS and was delayed to make his delivery appointment. Anyway, he arrived at 7pm on Monday 01/06/2025 and was unloaded in timely manner without any problems.

I don't know about live loads but for us dropping Hook was very easy simple very nice quick and out less than 30 minutes

5am pickup for preloaded trailer, arrived at 3pm same day, trailer not even been started to get loaded, another 9hrs guard says to get loaded. WoW
Update: after a flat tire during pretrip to hours waiting to getting it fix, I arrived 10am next day, trailer still been loaded, another 2hrs they said. How are these people in business?

Totally Bulshit Place For Truckers. They Pretend on gate,That They Are Well organized facility and working with great system But Its Totally Bulshit. Am on Dock From 4 Hours, waiting to get Loaded , They Have Not Even Start Loading. i went to office and ask that lady, She said we have a system and they will load you according to that. What kind of system is that ?

Drivers, stay away from this company… don’t recommend to work with them. They don’t care about your time… Angry people here… super disrespectful.
Missed my next appointment because they can hold you whole day.
