I would give a 0 if I could…. Drop and hook here scheduled to be done 3pm Sunday…. Show up at midnight to pick it up only to be told it was never loaded…. They didn’t have a trailer on site…. Which they do…. Then sit over 5 hours in the door getting loaded. Worst place I’ve been to for loading. Considering we’re a drop and hook and it’s always something . Avoid this place if possible

I just came here first time they were nice to me check in time start 7:30 but you have to be here one hours before your appointment you will not get door or anything until you have vest on you if you not wear vest they will send you back to guard shack ones you get check in they will send you to the other plant it’s in your way to back on you right side for dry load only once you come to plant there will be someone to give you door for unloading minimum 2 hours

Smells like rotting carcasses. And if you’re a trucker making your money on miles, avoid this place. Zero urgency or respect for drivers time. I’ve been here over five hrs. The last half hour or more my container has been unloaded already. I guess it takes half hour or more for that info to travel that couple hundred yards.

Nice place to deliver on Sunday. No traffic and no waiting. I had a 7am appointment , arrived @ 6am and was given a door right away .Done unloading @7:05 am and am on my way out @7:20am. Never go by the Negative reviews, go experience yourself.
Am very positive about this place and thats why I give 5 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟. The guy at the Receiving by the Name "DON" Is so professional and he deserves a managerial position if got one. Thanks Don .

Arrived. Guards gave no instruction on where to go. Finally figured it out.

Shipping office had no knowledge of the shipment being a thing.

Rest room door is broken. And the other restroom had these lovely stickers inside. But it’s clear no one there gives a care about it.

Been coming here for years, drop and hook. 9/10 times takes over a hour to get in and out. Also have 3 trailers there with smashed electrical boxes from their jockeys backing trailers into them.

Please don`t book loads with delivery at this facility My driver was on site since 9 am for 10 am appt Not it is 5 pm, and they still not finished The laziest people work at this facility I am sure, that this facility will ruin your next load, and driver will wait till next day I want everyone to avoid this facility, and cancel loads if you see this in you Rate Confirmation Facilities like this must be closed and all workers must be fired
Purina, if someone from your company have explanation why you are horrible facility, even more than Walmart, Target and Costco, please respond to my review
Because I don`t understand why your workers still have salary for their work

This facility is obviously mess, they take minimum of 5 to 8 hours to unload you no respect for drivers and their time. I literally don’t want to write any reviews.
