I’ve picked up from here several times and it’s always been a good experience. Appointment is required. I come an hour before my appointment, get a door and usually they start loading me right away. You will need your appointment number, DL, truck and trailer license plate numbers. Loading is quick, unless your appointment is around noon. They will stop loading to go to lunch. Heaviest load I’ve picked up here was 30K lbs.

Truck use left side entrance, shipping/receiving office is at door# 12. They load me 1 hr before my Appt time. They need P/U number to load you, start with OTM + 9 digits number, would be like OTM100xxxxxx. No overnight parking.

Been here Twice loading is quick but only load you by appointment.once I had 530pm appointment and I was here 230pm they gave me door around 515pm.

Appointment was 2:30. Arrived at 1:30. Put in door at 2:40. Loaded by 4:40pm. No overnight parking. Can come early and they will let you park on site

Expect 2-3 hrs ..did not have lot of parking if you planning to arrive early..1-2 hrs early ok ..most of yard full by dropped trailers ..truck stop at 924 20-30 spots ..7pm appointment arrive at 5 pm docked at 630 and loaded at 7 pm ..not bad ..restroom provided for drivers ..nice polite people..after pass truck stop left on maple wood rd and right at oak ridge and left at Simmons rd and left to nbty docks are behind

Well only good out of this place is the load is light. That being said I arrived at 9:07 am literally just picking up 5 little pallets they had me till 9:30 pm ridiculous lady at front desk is like we very busy yea right only 1 truck in dock this place sucks never going back!!!

Not a single truck in the dock, they say they are running behind. Um I think you'd actually have to load someone to be behind. Bring lunch and dinner, you will be here all day.

Been sitting here for 2 hours waiting for a dock door. All these other drivers got here early for their appts and got doors, they must be a weekday thing, because on a Saturday, expect to sit forever!
Trucks are in the docks for 1.5 hrs getting loaded and still aren't done.
Not.a good experience for me so far.
