We order from this place all the time, and it’s always amazing! Your sushi rolls are my favorite in Los Angeles there’s always so much fish, and everything tastes super fresh. I’m absolutely obsessed with their Hawaiian rolls the combination of flavors is just perfect. Tom Yum and pho are incredible! I’ve never seen another place that adds so much meat or seafood to their soups.

I recorded a video as proof—if the restaurant management wants to explain, they should address why this is happening in the first place.
Advice to everyone: ALWAYS check the total before paying. If this has happened to you, demand a refund and leave a review. The only way to stop this scam is to spread the word!

After reading the response, my worst fears were confirmed. As the owner, he didn’t even bother to check how the system works or try making a purchase himself to verify his own website.
I wonder if they’ll keep shifting the blame like this. If a customer gets spoiled fish, will they just say, “It’s not our fish, we buy it from a third part?
