Charlene helped me through the rather complicated process of buying a half of an amaaaazing Magdalista sow for my Sis' birthday. Why complicated? I live in OR, Sis lives in CA, and the funding for this glorious porkbeast was crowd-sourced.

Charlene was very patient, explained my options clearly to me, and made it easy for the pig gift crew to pull this thing off. My Sis now has the most incredible-looking pork chops (and more) that I've ever laid eyes on - ridiculously red and well-marbled. I'll report back on the taste, but honestly I don't have any doubts about how that's going to go. That's clearly exceptional pig flesh. I may have to visit CA sooner rather than later.
