So disappointed! It has been a family tradition to give Mountain Man goodies for Christmas. Ever since the store moved from downtown Parker, the products and service have deteriorated. The store on Parker road was more like a second rate, used craft co-op and the inventory seemed to be out of more items than not. The new warehouse is difficult to find and the hours make it impossible for a working person to go there. So disappointed they are closed the 21st-28th (at least). No Mountain Man this Christmas…or in the future. I will find a new special candy to give.

Mountain Man Fruit and Nut Company is the best. My navigation system took me to the manufacturing facility by mistake, I called and asked if they were open to the public. Gretchen said they weren't, but I could place an order online and pick it up. Gretchen and the crew at the manufacturing facility went above and beyond and had my order ready in no time.

I placed an order with Mountain Man for Father’s day and my receipt shows it was shipped from this store on June 15.(order#9896) I paid for priority shipping, estimated arrival time was June 17 . Today is the 20th and it’s still in transit! I can’t review the product as it is not received. Very disappointed in their choice of malil service and their lack of follow up
