I've been going there every month and it's been great until today.

No one else was in the store but us, but the girl at the front desk, she kept working on the computer until another worker came out and she started helping us.

She took some other milk to scan, and then she gave me a carton of this milk, and I didn't ask her to take it to the car. When I loaded the milk into the car, I found the box was broken and thought there would be no problem. (This is my problem not going back to exchange the first time)

Anyway, two bottles of this milk are broken, just want to give a little advice to people who go to this store, their things need to be checked again.

Shoutout to the ladies working there on Saturday they are so kind and helpful I wish I could have remembered there names.

Moved to Glendora in May of 2023. I’ve always shopped at Mothers. I’ve been to different locations and never once had I had a bad experience till shopping at this location in Covina. I first came in to this location in May and it was horrible. Just horrible customer service. They keep asking what you need multiple times instead of printing the list of food you need. I mentioned that to the first person that helped me and she just said “no, we don’t do it like that here.” So I decided not to shop here. I came in again today because Stater Brothers was out of some of the things I needed. I forgot how horrible customer service was!! Th girls were just talking in the back while the guy was stocking merchandise. He called them up front and even had to go to the back to get someone to help me. This time Allison helped me. Had to repeat to her multiple times what I needed. This store needs to train their employees better.
