Awesome place to visit. Auctions on Monday. They auction hay, fresh produce, flowers, chicken, rabbits, ducks, lamb, goats, cow, pig. It’s a nice place to visit. They also have a small restaurant in there. It’s a cash only place. First you have to get registered, you need a ID for that. Then you can bid on stuff and pay if you win at the end. It’s always. Must visit. You can get bags of tomatoes for $2 and it’s fresh from local farmers.

We took my mini pig down on Monday, March 4, 2024, in hopes he would find a farm but if he didn’t I was willing to take him back because I never wanted to get rid of him. A week passes and this past Monday came around (March 11, 2024) and I didn’t hear anything so I called. Long story short, my pig didn’t sell and he was there for 7 days. I go back so excited to bring him back home only for my heart to be crushed when he was brought out lifeless and looking like he hadn’t ate all week. He refused food and was barely drinking. Our vet had came out on Wednesday, March 13, 2024 (the earliest they could get to us) and our vet stated her first reaction with the pain my pig was in was a BROKEN RIB from whatever trauma he endure at YOUR SALE BARN; she could not pin point a diagnosis but he DID NOT get sick from other pigs so whatever was wrong with him was from whatever hell your employees put him through in those 7 days. We also noticed he dropped SO much weight from being there and our vet also mentioned he could’ve been fed little to nothing. ( which I have many photos and videos of him and of him the morning of the 4 and from the 11 when I brought him home and there’s an upsetting difference) Today, March 14, 2024, at 8:00 AM my pig passed away thanks to the trauma he endured from your sale barn. So if you want your animals dying, sure take them there! Thank you for something so upsetting.

Extremely rude ignorant women running this auction. Very nasty to deal with. Saying I owed for something I never bought 8 months ago. I asked for proof they couldn’t come up with any!!!! Saying I was the person putting them out of business!!!! It was my sons birthday so I paid them so he could bid on chickens. I will NEVER go there again. They lost business because of the rudeness and I hope they do go under. I have never met anyone that “runs” a business that is so ignorant to the “customer”. Besides the people who are terrible humans, Parking lot is not lit, and poorly maintained. Cramped space for poultry auction. I will stick with more quality auctions at greencastle where they know what they are doing!!!!

I bid on chickens at this location and got 4 really healthy hens for a reasonable price. Alot of people attend this auction.
3 auctions are going on, basically at the same time. One part is personal " household items" 2nd one is mostly eggs, flowers and veggies and 3rd is chickens, rabbits, parakeets, chick's, guinea hens, roosters. A short walk thru the parking lot is the larger animal (cows, goats, sheep, calves, etc) auction building. It is run smoothly. People are really nice, and the food counter where you can eat hamburgers, pies, coffee , soda and relax a bit is great and reasonably priced.

They had articles of all kinds 4 auction n very reasonable. They also had animals 4 auction, chickens, bunnies n rabbits, rosters, cows n calves, horses.People were friendly n they also had a snack bar n sodas.

I went one time an I was shocked on the amount of stuff they had I'm ready to go back I'm hooked it's not to far out of my way they sell a little bit of everything from hay an straw in the morning to animals in the evening never no what is coming up on the auction block
