Terrible experience. Never put a card on file and propane was delivered without us knowing. Was threatened to have propane removed from the tank unless we made the payment in full. We have three children and there is snow on the ground. What a joke.

Funny how there was no record of who even requested or put in the delivery. We have always paid and had propane delivered not on a route. No answers given by staff even after we offered to pay half, which was what we could afford for now. Will be talking to the landlord about changing service providers!!!

We stop at the Coop every year and fill our truck and camper both up with fuel for our annual hunting trip. Over the years we’ve spent thousands of dollars in the store. This year we stopped and filled up our truck and the fuel stations on our camper. We discovered a water leak in our camper this morning. When asked if we could BUY water from the coop we were told no. As farmers and ranchers ourselves and members of several coops it is very discouraging to see a coop operate in this fashion. You’re not taking care of the members or customers when you operate in this fashion.

I never like going into this place of business, the moment you walk in you can feel the prejudice. The workers help, serve and are friendly only to a certain race. When you ask for help they do the minimum to help. My husband and I would go in to buy clothes or boots, but they lost a costumer we will never go back there again.

I try time after time call weeks in advance to Order and prepay propane and I still run out. This is just ridiculous cause then you want to charge me for a pressure test it's not my fault that y'all can't deliver the propane!

I’ve had my 1gallon pony tank filled here a half a dozen times for less than $3. Today I was charged almost $8! After protesting the kid says the smaller tanks are more. Really. Not a satisfying answer when I’ve been so often this year for the little tank.

Big smiles, friendly, polite employees with the propane and rv dump I was looking for. The tire shop checked my tires and aired them up for free. Nice people in this small Colorado town.

I ran over a KNIFE that blew out my tire and punctured my rim, outside Pagosa. Limped into Monte V on a donut where the men at the car care center welcomed me in and assessed the damage. This is first thing Saturday morning of Labor Day weekend mind you and i still needed to get to Breck for a family reunion. The ease at which they handled the situation and their can-do attitude made me able to laugh at the knife I ran over, which they had never seen before, and gave me hope that i'd be able to continue my journey that day. Sure enough, my tire was done for, couldn't be repaired and we sought other options. An hour or so later, after we patched the rim with j-b weld and they set me up with a comprable used tire, i was ready to check out and pay. $20 was the total. 3 friendly, helpful and honest men, expensive j-b weld (which was a personal tube of the staff from their own car, not the shop's!) a used tire they didn't charge me for and their valuable time of 1.5 hours= $20. They wouldn't except a tip either. These guys are saints and the work and service they provided demonstrated the highest integrity and rural Colorado values. From South Fork to Alamosa, choose the Monte Vista Co Op, you'll be in the best hands. Thanks again fellas.

This company has no customer service at all. I work for a corporation that requires an estimate for our po's. I was just told they don't give am official estimate they can email to me. Unreal
