We decided to go here to sell 4 cows and was extremely disappointed. We normally go to Kingsville but decided to try MoKan. The problem was we took our cows in on the day of the auction, which put ours at the very end of heifers being sold. By the time ours sold, most everyone was gone. Before they were sold I had asked the ladies in office if we could wait until Thursday's auction because most of the people had left that way ours would be first, and they said no, they should sell well today. We'll they didn't. We had 2 heifers that were pregnant. One was 4 (prime age), and one was 7 years. We had a heifer and her male calf also. Needless to say, we didn't get what they were worth. However, the buyers got more than their money's worth.
Hard lesson to learn regarding this auction place.

Wings were good. I got the hot ones. Tasted like pizza hut wings, bone in. Sister had a burger and said it was good. The onion rings were my favorite. The smell is not that bad. It was 96 and I was fine. Too many people complain about the smell. Get over it! The food is good and the staff is great. Support local business. Special that day was a philly, looked good will try it next time.

Had a great bbq brisket burger and a side of the best brussel sprouts I've ever had. Kudos to the chef!! Our waitress was fabulous. The Cafe has a limited menu but is well worth checking out. Hope to see an extended menu in the future.

A great auction barn if your looking to market cattle. A good spot to grab a greasy burger and fries on sale day. The ladies in the kitchen are always ready to great you with a smile and get you taken care of. The owners are always helping out in the community and often supporting local charities and schools.
