For Semi Truck Drivers
Guard was nice and receiving was also nice enough space to back on the dock no parking for truck inside the facility so you have to park on busy street before check in appointment only NO FCFS
Also receiving opens at 8:00 AM PDT

Security wants you to park illegally on the street. Facility isn't really big enough for a Full size sleeper truck and a 53 footer. It's doable, but tight. They seem to be a JB hunt drop and hook location. I say let them have it.

Truck drivers.
If u arrive here pass 8pm for pick up or delivery don't even bother. They will turn u away. An they don't start letting u in till pass 8.30am once there trucks are all gone an moved. There nice ppl an they are open 24hrs but not for picks or drops.

If I could rate a zero I would. Our first time here and this place is a joke! Nothing safe about this place. The guard didn't know how to do his job and direct any kind of order. There was no place to park but in the middle of the busy street. We got to the place early for a load that was supposed to be ready for pickup and it wasn't. We waited for an hour for a bay to open and an additional 5 freaking hours for them to load the truck!! Wasted time just waiting ... Ugh so aggravating! I hope to never have to come here again. If you do come be prepared to sit for a long time and waste time!

Don’t come early they checking 30 min early your appointments time they working guys is good but 2-3 hr loading truck you can use restroom that’s it.

I can't post about the products per say but I do hope that employees take a look at this review. I absolutely hate driving through here to see you cross in front of my car without the use of a crosswalk. You are not only endangering your lives but the lives of the drivers and their passengers! Instead of being lazy, please walk all the way around the block, park on the opposite side, or wear a god damn construction vest.
