I came here for drop in hook on Sunday 10/23/22 @1000. I didn’t have the trailer number, which has happened before. If the Mexican girl is working in the shipping office by the scale, it’s no problem. She will help you out. But if the older lady is working in there, she is not friendly, not helpful. Was sitting there on her phone texting for a couple minutes before I even got her to notice me. And refused to even look up my BOL number. I have not had any other issues with this facility, other than her. The rest of the facility is five star.

Well I been here since 11am after 5 hours they gave me a door it’s 11pm now still didn’t get loaded
They don’t respect drivers time or ELD
I have to drive 16 hours and I’m already tired

This is one of the worst places for cargo. The driver, be careful if you do not have locks, except for the lines, they will not load you and send you to TA to buy fasteners, where they cost $ 112, this is nonsense. in a typical parking lot their price is $ 54 for two pieces. Be careful, you can lose from 5 hours to 20 hours and a lot. They are very unfriendly. If you have an overload they will not want you to unload and remove one or two pallets. Do not come here, save your time.

Drop and hooks seem to go well but if its a live load prepare to be setting all day and definitely make sure you use restroom before. Appointment was at 2pm and it's 5pm now and still setting in the door. Asked for the restrooms and they pointed to a disgusting Porta-potty that looked and smelled as if it had never been cleaned. For a facility like this, you would at least expect a real working toilet. Especially if it's going to take several hours for just a single load.

1 star just because that's the only way to leave a review. NOTE; This not about the Brewery or Beer loads This is for RMBC! This place could care less about how they treat truck drivers. Their philosophy I gotta be here 8 hours I don't care if you're here 8 hours or not! If trucking companies would stop hauling for them they might change their tune. Make them either pre load or hold them accountable for extended detention!
