The Mill Feed Silo Ventilation system, located within the Williamsburg Community Residential area is outdated and EXTREMELY LOUD!! The sound and vibration has been calculated as having a high-level decibel count for a residential area. This is "noise pollution" and is extremely harmful to all -humans, pets, and wildlife alike! If left untreated, further actions will be enacted, including but not limited to, a demand for property management assessments, removal of defects causing such noise pollution, demand for closure of all unhealthy facilitating components with regard to the safety and welfare of the residential community.
