Easy drop and hook, the street in front of the office are pretty hectic sometimes depending on what time you rolling in, check in an hour early before my appointment but seeing that it was a drop and hook you probably can deliver asap. Check in clerk was nice, was in and out within the hour.

Park on the street and get in where you fit in…
The receiving office is by dock 1.
Do not park across the street between docks 1 through 11… showed up a little bit early before my appointment, frozen delivery, sent to door 21 and unloaded in under an hour. The lady in receiving is totally awesome and explains the process thoroughly. Would come back here anytime

When u pull up to check in under no circumstances park on street in front of dock doors! They will get pissed off! Sign tells you.
Other than that if u follow there rules the place is great.
I was there 6 hrs early and they gave me door immediately and had me empty in 55 minutes.
Thank you Mile Hi for just being normal people and understanding that it's hard for drivers to be exactly on time ..
Unloading me early saved 6 hrs on my work hrs..🙏😁

I gave them 5 stars because the lady at the receiving office was accommodating & whoever she spoke to take my load. I was a day early and i told her that and they unloaded me in an about 25 minutes.

Park on the street. DONT BLOCK THE DOORS. Go into “receiving” door, up a few stairs and to the right is a door for driver check in. Overnight parking on street. In and out under an hour for delivery. Sapp bros and TA a few miles away along with blue beacon.

Parking on the street is limited. They have Empty trailers parked all over the street. Only two or three ladies working at receiving office. They check you in and they also break your seal. After they break your seal they’ll assign you a door. Assign door will be Inside their property not on the street. No restrooms here for professional drivers. There’s a TA truckstop 4 miles away. Blue Beacon truck wash 4 miles.

Friendly staff. Park. Run upstairs and give them paperwork. It's a small place, so try to park out of the way of the dock area. Make it easy for trucks to get in and out. The person will come out and cut your seal and give you a door. Don't be too early. They are just like anyone else, really. Expect to be there two hours. You will have plenty of room to maneuver if no one parks in the area... but usually, it never fails, someone does. I didn't see any bathrooms. I would deliver here again. Not too bad. No overnight.

Receiving is 24 hrs, appt was 9am next day came a day before 4:30 pm and unloaded in 45min super nice stuff and very friendly parking around for semi with overnight
