Very disappointed. Not worth the drive.
3 cows, different hanging weights and the end product didn't reflect this. There was no inventory sheet, the cuts from each cow are totally different... The cuts themselves are messy, inconsistent and packaged to hide it.
They did NOT save any of the extras we asked for (liver, heart) The hamburger was NOT vacuum sealed.
They don't answer the phone. When you finally get a hold of them, they are evasive.

Very disappointed in the customer service. Called to get help with the different cuts and roasts, she gave very little information and was not helpful, and not friendly at all. We requested lean hamburger, and what we got was greasy. We also paid for the heart, tongue, liver and tail. NEVER received any of it and was told that it was contaminated and had spots on it. They NEVER contacted us to inform us. WE reached out to ask when we realized we didn't have it. When we called, she never offered to refund our money as that meat is part of the hanging weight that we paid for. Contacted the owner of the cow that we purchased it from as were concerned that all the meat was bad and were told that the meat is NOT contaminated and that the last several times they got their meat, all of that was "forgotten" as well. I will not recommend this place nor will I have a cow processed here again.

Great staff, really nice and friendly and very helpful. I haven't cooked any of the 1/2 beef yet, but the cuts look great. Just in time for Labor Day!

The online cut sheet has to be printed, filled out, scanned in and then sent to them. Tried to call but no one answers the phone. So 24 hours later I will be getting a phone call for the cut information.

The cuts and processing are amazing but customer service is why I gave a one star rating don't tell me that you can do it and it isn't a problem the when I come back I am your biggest inconvenience

Can't get nobody to answer. Drove out there and waited for 20 minutes looking for someone. Phone number don't work. What a waste. Won't be looking here for anything
