There was a driver on I40 with a load of pigs. Very courteous driver. I was in a red mini van. Florida plates. I was driving from Statesville to Gastonia. Driver had pigs well taken care of. 🙂

Well, I like to think, am the best at what I do. Because, I do have a heart. When I load and unload pigs or cows. I talk sweet to them, like they are new born little babies. I don't miss treat them. I like to keep my pig loads stress free as much as possible. Especially in summer time. You can easily stress the pigs. And cause them to get to hot,and cause them die. If I see somebody mistreating any of our animals Mike LiveStock. I will myself turn them in. Or treat them like I see them mistreating our animals.

Pigs are piled on top of each other injured and distressed. I am sure those pigs have secured your living all your life so why not treat them with some respect and show care to their well being and health. Total failure on keeping the herds healthy. Very sad for us eating and being part of this cruelty produced meat.

I was driving down Highway NC 54 and to the right of me was a massive truck labeled "Mike Reaves Livestock," I glanced over only to notice over a dozen pigs and each one of them were severely bruised, scratched, and scarred. It looked like they hadn't been in good care. Definitely raised my suspicion of animal abuse, which is inhumane. It was a disturbing sight to see.
