I dropped a load here first its very dark over here so with no light really they have those recessed lights on the pole but it’s only 1 light on the road and couple recess lights on the building but it’s difficult to maneuver a truck in the pitch black with dim recess lights and obstacles in the way and then they put speed bump in the front of the docks and so makes it difficult to actually pull up and back to get the truck into the dock when it’s wet. Directions:
you need to go around the building to line up with the dock this sign they have with the arrow is pointing in the same direction as the front of the business so it’s not exactly the best at saying turn here but look for the sign and follow along the building.

Offloading took 2 hrs… went there @8:30 for 9 am apt & left @ 11:05 am. Friendly people. Receiver was blaming the forklift for the slow service..
one way street. You have to drive all the way around the warehouse& come back to the docks

Showed up early and the cool dock guy took care of me right away, unloaded me quick. Warehouse is on a hill, docks are little tight but manageable.

MAI Products, also/now known as JJ snack foods has two warehouses address, 626 Rocky Glenn Road and 4 Rocky Glen Road. These addresses are side-by-side if you’re picking up and delivery to a JJ snacks food facility you would need to go to address #4 this is where they keep the finish product. Of course backing is tight small area but trucks do it every day. They will load early if they have all your product ready to go they do have overnight parking at the 625 Rocky Glen Rd. address before the warehouse, then turn right at the no truck sign turn left come up around the warehouse and park on the right side. Loading time it’s pretty quick. Staff is pretty friendly look for the JJ snack food on the street.
