Open at 7am, they have over night parking, kfc 1/2 mile away has truck parking also, fast unload, shipping from here is kinda slow loading and will shred your tarps(bring shipping blankets )

Expect 6-10hrs to get loaded.
They’ll keep telling you to wait and they’ll keep loading other trucks. Even if you came first! This place needs a lot of work and better performance, SERIOUSLY!!!

their product is very good. Their customer service is horrible. My contractor (yes a real one) tried to set up an account and from the moment you call; you are made to feel like they do not want your business. the grilling starts with the first call, everyone that you talk to has this attitude that only the anointed can buy. Good product but they don't seem to want customers.

I have dealt with Metal Sales for over 20 years and as an overall experience they have been excellent to deal with. Of course like every industry there has been trying times with steel shortages and allocations but Metal Sales have communicated and worked through every issue and in some cases gone over and above. Would recommend them.

Horrible customer service for dealers who have sold their product for 25 years. I'll never use them again nor sell their product which 9 times out of 10 has defects, oil panning, scratches etc.
