We were doing empty cans for 5 years. 2013 trailer like new. Got rejected because they could see light coming between the laminate floors hair thick gaps factory made, five other trucks in front of me got rejected also. They were Ukraine, Russian, Bosnia and Puerto Rican, yet first American guy came and he got loaded.

If I could give them no stars I would. Been here since 1030am and it's now 230pm. Seriously takin to long to be loaded. Got in a door they loaded someone else before me. Seems like they work on every other truck that comes in except for the ones that have been waiting on them. I'm gonna say don't waste ya time here. The wait is to long and the pay ain't worth it

Trust me, you will lost your entire day for them.
They will put you infinite excuses to reject your trailer.
This is out experience:
1st- They rejected our trailer because there were a little debris, they asked to wash out and go back. We did it
2nd- The trailer was wet so they checked and rejected, one more time, they asked to let it dry to load it. We waited for them.
3rd- They checked the trailer for 3rd time and rejected again the trailer because they were not sure about it, so they told us to leave the place because they won't load us.

Awesome place to lose your time.
This is not the first time that this happened to us in this exact place, but this time we are really mad with this situation. Totally not worth it. Avoid them at all cost.

This place is a joke and a waste of time. Been here for 3hrs waiting for a dock even though I was on time. Just got told to leave the dock they told me to get in and come back in another hour. Other trucks have been coming in and leaving all day. I am told to expect another 3hrs when they actually start loading me. The loader is very rude and there aren't any restrooms available. Owner operators beware. This place should start by firing everyone in the shipping department. 6 plus hours to push cans into a truck is ridiculous. Now I'm sitting on the street completely out of hours so I can't move. Never again.

So unbelievable they inspect my trailer prior back in to the door guy told me the trailer is in good condition, after three hours waiting at the door they somehow change their mind and reject it for no reason i mean i had no problem even with the high standard food grade warehouses. Drivers stay away from this place its waste of time.

I’m not gonna say don’t come to this place if you are an owner operator you know what is better for you my point is that they are so picky about a trailer I’ve picked up many loads which is empty cans from the company access to them they aren’t that picky and the worst thing about this shipper is that you will get treated like not a second class citizen but 11th class citizen. “TRUCKERS DESERVE TO BE TREATED THE WAY YOU WOULD LIKE TO BE TREATED AND OUR TIME MATTERS”.
