Absolutely delicious! I love the simple self serve setup, and they have a variety of flavors and toppings. The employees can act a little aloof sometimes but other than that it's a good place.

I visited Menchie's again yesterday. The frozen yogurt and experience here is fantastic! Menchie's always has a large selection of unique and delicious flavors. Toppings are always well stocked. An important thing to note is that the staff does a great job keeping this place clean. So often frozen yogurt places have spilled yogurt and toppings, sticky surfaces, etc. The girl who was working yesterday was always staying busy in between customers keeping everything tidy. Customer service was great and friendly as well. They also had a very clean restroom for customers which is much appreciated.

Great frozen yogurt! My entire family loves the flavors. Get your cup, pour the frozen yogurt, add your toppings and syrups. Get it weighted and enjoy!!!

Overall great, frozen yogurt and toppings. The humongous downfall is the people working in the facility. I was there yesterday, Friday night, and there was a young lady that was extremely rude and non-communicative. I would highly suggest getting people that want to come to work, working at the facility. Highly suggest some customer service training.

I really enjoyed the strawberry sorbet along withe some of the plain frozen yogurt that I have been craving. I loved the strawberry, but thought the plain could have been either more sweet or tart. It seemed more like a frozen Greek yogurt with a very mild taste. The place was clean and the staff was friendly.

I just got myself and my kids yogurt this afternoon, and as I was paying with cash, the cashier dropped the coins in my daughter's yogurt. Then proceeded to pull them out with her ungloved fingers, and then told us it was fine. She was a nice girl, but come on, that was disgusting. I had to scrape off a bunch of my daughter's ice cream to throw it away, and she was devastated. The employee just kept saying "it's okay" and "don't worry about it". 🤦‍♀️
