McCollum Beef is by far the best steaks my family has ever had. The meat is so tender you don’t even need a steak knife! It melts like butter with every bite! Best around! McCollum Cattle Company is a locally family owned business near my home town. I had the opportunity to meet the owner, Michaiah and he was a true honest hardworking family man. He clearly has a lot of pride in his work and strives to raise the freshest, cleanest cattle possible. My family had the sirloin steaks and absolutely loved them. They required no extra seasoning and sauces. The steaks natural flavor was fresh and savory. We will definitely be buying again!

I was looking to buy part of a pasture raised cow when I came across McCollum Cattle. I actually only called them and no other cattle farms, talked to Michaiah and he told me a lot about how they raise their cattle, what they are fed, etc. A couple months later I received my 1/4 cow and man, it’s phenomenal. Not only did Michaiah go above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied, but the beef is amazing as well. The burger is super fresh, the steaks are fork tender. They practically fall apart before you can throw them on the grill. Extremely happy with our purchase and I don’t see any reason to buy beef at the grocery store after our experience 🙂 thank you so much McCollum family.

It was Father's Day. We made some cheese burgers using some ground beef from Sheena's Marketplace alongside some McCollum ground beef. I formed the patties myself. They didn't look the same, they didn't feel the same, and they sure didn't taste the same. My son, one of the pickiest eaters and brutally honest people I know said "that's a damn good burger". I was very impressed. Everyone was.

The meat is fresh, lean and well packaged for storage. I recently got ground beef, round steak, a roast from McCullum Cattle & Livestock and have to say this if the freshest meat I have had in a long time. The quality of the beef is top notch, with the ground beef not being too fatty and the steak and roast having just the right marbling. I would highly recommend them if you like beef that is fresh, healthier and flavorful.
