I visited Masters Cut Market for the first time. We needed lamb for a specific stew. The staff were very helpful and caring. They spend good enough time to make sure what we want. Also, I noticed some prepared food on the counter. They looked fresh. I will come back there for sure again.

This place has really great picanha. The chicken sausage is pretty good as well. There was one occasion (out of 20) that the steak was really tough and nothing like all the previous ones, and they offered to refund me. I thought that was really good on them. The best way to cook the picanha in an oven is to preheat to 425, then broil one side for 5 minutes, turn it over, and broil the other for 4. Let rest for 5 minutes.

The butcher is phenomenal. I go monthly for pork belly and picanha. The prices are great and the meats fantastic. Special shout out to Arnaldo! I call him up and place an order for my 40lbs of pork belly and 30lbs of picanha and he always has it ready by the time I arrive.
