We had a fun day cherry picking at this orchard. And the quality of cherries was outstanding. I suggest you get up there early in the season as well as early in the day.

마리아 대추농장 에서 코리아타운 장터에 오셨을때 대추를 사먹어봤는데 정말 꿀맛이었습니다… 설탕 넣어말리셨냐고 사장님께 여쭤봤을정도로 달았어요 (그냥 대추만 말리신것, EM 워터 재배로 키운 대추)
Dried dates Jujube taste great very delicious, so sweet even without adding any sweetener nor sugar at all ?, because the dates are grown in good soil & watered with EM water.
Tried tasting some dates at Korean festival Jangteo and had to buy a bag of it.
Shared with my family and church members & everyone loved the dates.
Jujube dates are great for making date teas or making sujeongkwa tea (수정과) or other Korean traditional foods like Yakkwa Dduk (약과 - Korean rice cake made with brown sugar coated rice and chestnuts, very yummy).
Usually I don’t like chewing on dates because it tastes bitter, but Maria’s Jujube tastes super sweet, I can eat them like snack too.

The farm owner Maria has exceptional knowledge and skills raising fruits (she sells dried persimmons too - Korean style) with EM water.
