Looking for strawberries picking with our friends and kids, but the other few farms changed their weekends schedule. Somehow I found this farm which didn’t expect they also have U pick. I thought it’s a fruit stand only. It’s even better that reservation required. They made sure we will have strawberries ripped by the day we want to come in order to confirm our reservation, so we won’t come disappointed. It’s a common problem in other farms during busy weekends as they couldn’t really control.

There were lots of ripped strawberries waiting for us to pick! My baby is not a big fan of strawberries but she couldn’t stop eating them. (Never happened.) The cherries sold from the stands were amazingly sweet too. You can tell they are proud of their fruits and only pick when strawberries are ripped. Those strawberries selling in the stand are rich red! Cars kept coming non-stopped to bring home some baskets of fruits and sold quickly!

We will definitely come again just to buy their fruits. The owner and staff are super friendly!

Excellent Strawberries! I drove all the way from San Jose to Morgan Hill they are that good! What you normally find here in San Jose are berries picked too soon. Not at Martinez Family Farms. Ripe and ready to eat.
