WELL IT FINALLY HAPPENED...... MARTHA'S ALL NATURALS WENT TO HELL IN A HANDBASKET
THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER....ALL OVER $100.
MARTHA'S DAUGHTER-IN-LAW ROYLENE ACCUSED ME OF LYING AND STEALING FM HER COMPANY. AND THREATENED TO CALL THE POLICE ON ME. BECAUSE SHE DIDN'T BELIEVE I FEED HOMELESS PEOPLE. WOW HOW COMPASSIONATE FOR A BUSINESS.
For over 20 yrs I have been receiving wholesale prices because I feed homeless people and elderly widow's. Placed an order on 9/22/22 via website as there is NO HUMAN INTERFACE at all. Long story short.... received notice order was shipping on Oct. 6th. Yay.. after waiting several weeks, leaving messages no answers. Asked for a refund. Because Martha's daughter-in law won't honor wholesale pricing. I ordered 1 case. No place on the web asked for a tax ID The price was double. No refund no product. Offered to pick up order to save shipping fees. Was told they were looking in to it. No answers. Order finally shipped. THEY SHORT SHIPPED ME 10 LBS. Because Martha's DIL didn't confirm anything they just shipped when I asked for a refund. I am SHOCKED that Martha's DIL came at me like a bulldog in heat. No way to treat anyone especially. a customer of nearly 30 yrs.
