Be very careful if you consider purchasing from Market Farm Implement. We order a BCS 100 chipper shredder part number 921290791. what was shipped was a USED BIO 8 model. from the internet it appears this model is pre-1995. Have called but no response as to how they will resolve. We feel it is extremely deceptive to ship a used product let along the wrong model. Will update this comment if we make any progress. Ralph (or one of his employees) placed a Market Farm Implement, Inc label over the model name.

I've purchased many things from MFI, and have always been pleased. Ralph knows the top brands in the small farming industry and will make the best recommendations for your situation. They are very knowledgeable about their equipment and Dave will walk you through every step of setting up and using a machine once you receive it. I have especially been impressed with the Maschio and MaterMacc equipment that they sell.

Absolutely horrible customer service. I called to order a part and the order, price, or shipping wasn't reviewed with me so I didn't get everything I needed. It was extremely difficult to keep the employee on the phone to review the order, ask for prices and ask questions. I called to ask how they could remedy the multiple shipping costs I now how to pay and was told they were too busy to deal with me.
