I love Jersey cows, so beautiful and the milk is better for you. I just got a lot of heavy cream to make butter. The cream has a beautiful gold hue and the butter came out marvelous, photos showing in process. I don't salt it, rather just add it to a recipe as I go. Your body recognizes REAL food and is healthier when you feed it REAL food.
