The wine and ambiance was great. The servers seemed to not have cared less about us, they seemed annoyed. At the end, I asked the server if it was okay if we split the check, she laughed, and then said yes. I normally can count on a great experience in Ojai, unfortunately, not this time. I will not be visiting Majestic Oak Vineyard again.

Sadly the servers really let this place down. We had high expectations when we saw how pretty the place was, but it seemed the servers really did not care at all about the customers or the business. They came across as rude and apathetic and gave the impression that it was a huge imposition to have to serve us. I felt pretty uncomfortable.

On the upside, the wine we had was good and the setting had a great ambiance. I'm sad for the business owner that their employees appear to have no passion for their work or care for the business. I wouldn't go back for this reason.

Came here on a Sunday afternoon and had our choice of seats in there awesome area. It’s well shaded and extremely comfortable. The man who helped us was super friendly, took his time telling us about each wine, and never rushed us to finish. I will definitely be going back!

We were recently up in Ojai at the Majestic Oak winery tasting room for their wine pickup party. The tasting room is set below the street level beneath the shade of oak trees. This is a perfect place to sit and relax and enjoy some wonderful wines.

I was refused to be served when I walked in at 5.31pm when it says place is open till 6pm . That rude lady said - “no you can’t have a glass of wine, we are closed”. I politely asked “but it’s says you open till 6pm” - “We don’t serve half an hour before closing” made that face saying “no sorry” and was pouring wine to other ppl . I don’t want to go back! Rude and made me feel very uncomfortable. I hope she was a staff and will be replaced soon if they care about customer service.
