An unfortunately frustrating and disappointing experience with this company - which likely wasn't intentional, but was entirely unprofessional nonetheless. Things started with a thorough conversation with the owner, who is both knowledgeable and charming, but things went downhill after that. Unanswered emails, requests that were never followed up on, no explanations when asked, wrong and incomplete costings, and radio silence from the owner. Instead, the entire customer relationship shifted to a brand new receptionist who knew very little and was scattered and highly confused most of the time (she has since left). When we finally decided to leave because the service was just not what we wanted, I expected at the very least an apology. Instead, we received an email saying that our $500 deposit would not be returned. Overall, not what I expected from this business.
