I have loved being part of the Mad Radish CSA over the past year! Brittany and Michael produce such delicious veggies and chicken and they have recently started raising pigs too! I just picked up my order of 1/4 hog yesterday and am so excited looking in my freezer right now and imagining the possibilities. Attached are some pictures of the amazing selection of vegetables I have received as part of my share of over the last year, and some of the delicious meals I have made using them. Thank you so much Brittany and Michael for the work that you do!

Products from Mad Radish Farm have become a staple in my home. Their Spinach feta chicken sausage is a must! Very thankful they come to the Downingtown Farmers Market with their meat and veggies year round - super friendly farmers & market staff. Thanks for filling our bellies with nutritious food.

Brittany and Michael at Mad Radish have set up the best CSA experience I've ever had! Everything is beautiful, fresh, delicious - and bonus - pre-washed! Pickup is easy and convenient and the online interface Brittany uses is great - I love being able to swap out veggies each week to meet my needs preferences. She also partners with other local orchards and dairies for fresh fruits and dairy products! I get a dozen eggs each week and we love their chicken sausage.

We've also been able to visit the farm in Dover - really awesome to see how hard the Mad Radish team works & their love of local farming really shows! Thanks Brittany & Michael!

Brittany and Michael just purchased this property and so far they are doing a fantastic job getting the farm going. I've seen the results of their hard work on their farm in New Hampshire and I'm positive things will be even better here in PA! We've already had their chicken and it was absolutely delicious! So much better than a grocery store! As for the trees, they are doing a great job given the fact that they've only been there four months and had to deal with severely overgrown fields. Very much looking forward to the CSA!

My family had the opportunity to join the Mad Radish CSA Fam in its first year (2021) and are eager for CSA season to begin again! I’d wanted to join a CSA for quite some time but was not able to find one local to us that was close enough that it would make sense to do weekly pickups. I was so thrilled when Brittany and Michael moved into the area and all our CSA dreams came true!

The quality of the produce is phenomenal and so fresh, the management of the CSA through their partner Harvie makes it ridiculously easy to navigate/choose what we want/add on items, and the best part is getting to know our farm/farmers to see where our food is coming from!

Mad Radish has done an incredible job diversifying their offerings - partnering with other local producers to broaden both the produce and the meat/dairy/goods they are able to offer through the farm stand. We’ve been able to try new things we wouldn’t otherwise have picked up or had access to.

We are so grateful for this opportunity!

I have done other CSAs in the past but tried Mad Radish for the first time in 2021. The variety of vegetables, meats and other local foods is wonderful. They give you the ability to customize your weekly share through an easy to use online system. Mad Radish is just a lovely locally owned and operated farm, highly recommend and cannot wait for the 2022 season to start!!
