I'm literally sitting here right now, and it took 20 minutes before a server came for us to order. I had to go ask for a server, and then it still took them another 5 minutes before someone showed up. The food is good but the service sucks.

Very clean, very friendly, and an overall great experience for a family owned diner, these guys rock and roll! My personal favorite as far as Mexican food goes in Ridgecrest. Plus I came in just for a couple of drinks and was immediately served/tended to by 3 different staff members with a warm and inviting smile on their faces! Chips were warm and the salsa was delicious along with my strawberry margarita.(Your server Caden(with a k?) deserves a raise he pays more attention to detail as far as servers go).

Highly recommend for a family outing or just a couple; I came here by myself so if you're a loner, you're still encouraged to come here :).

Post pandemic update: Decided to try a club sandwich. I paid how much for this single slice of turkey? $11. I also have an unknown expense for the addition of cheese. I haven't seen the bill yet.

So, I used to eat here 4 or 5 days a week. Miguel's service is what made it worthwhile. The food was ok, not amazing, but reliable. Every time we order something suffers from cross contamination like onions in the pancakes or tuna on the enchiladas. The salad bar was removed a while back. It wasn't huge but it was an improvement over the iceberg side salad. Today I got to see new menus. They included price increases of $1-2 per entree so I'm done... This food isn't worth what they're charging.

Update: Today they let a big dog in. Not a service animal, just a big old dog. Wtaf?

The service everytime I go is terrible! The food is good but too bad the service isn’t. When I went with my friend, we waited 15 minutes to get drinks and 25 minutes to take our order and another 20 minutes for our food. Won’t go back! It’s too bad since the food is good.

Great experience eating here especially when your own waitress dumps water on us then turns around and tells us to clean up her mess. Disrespectful and needs to be fired or restrained on how to work and act in a profession. Not a good representation of Lugos.

Lugos grill never disappoints us. We’ve eaten here plenty of times. Staff is always friendly and professional and food always taste good.
