We're visiting Mom from Washington State. This store is on skeleton crew. Couldn't get help in the butcher dept for 30 minutes.

Our poor store employees are not getting breaks and literally only one cash register open. Shame on Lucky's!? Boooooooooo! it's amazing to see with so many people in this town.

Thank u to the employees who are rising above to care for their customers. Thank you and Merry Christmas. May you receive compensation for all you do. Amen!

This store is well stocked and has cool staff. The biggest knock and it’s huge, is that early evening there’s usually a lot of customers and they shut down self check out and they only have 1 or 2 checkers at most. This causes huge lines sometimes all the way down the isles. Not a good look for such a nice store. Not fair to the staff forced to handle such volume either.

I go here often. They don’t have the best selection of organic produce but they do have some essential items I use like distilled water, bread, etc.

I went to the store yesterday to get some distilled water. I however didn’t even make it into the store because one of their employees was threatening to fight one of the customers outside of the store. He was calling the older man names and he was up in his face. I decided it was too much drama and decided to pay more for my water at Target.

This wasn’t my first unpleasant encounter with this employee. A few weeks prior he was my cashier and it was the most uncomfortable checkout experience ever because he was going off on another co-worker and he was angry at him. I’ve been going here for years and the other employee has been there for years I’ve never had any problems with him.

The guy with the light colored eyes and light brown skin that has a bad temper needs to be fired or his schedule should be posted so I can know when not to go to this store.

Whoever the ugly decrepit person whose working self check out on Tuesday July 16th at 12:20-12:45 pm ish, is disgustingly rude. If you don’t know how to talk to people, then don’t work at a job that’s literally designed for just that. She’s the dirty blonde lady who always has a nasty scowl on her face for whatever reason. Why the hell are you asking someone if they purchased every thing when they’re asking you for a bag? If you don’t know then find a way to check yourself instead of trying to embarrass people in public. You’re disgusting, and I hope a manager sees this. Because this isn’t even the first time I’ve had this lady say some smart remark towards me. I don’t know if she’s racist or just slow, but the next time she opens her mouth to me I’m going to make sure I find out what the hell her problem is

This Lucky store is very good. The only thing that needs a complete makeover is its appearance and entryway. There isn't any windows .From inside a shopper gets no connection to our outdoors .no skylines no natural lighting.needs upgrade. Overhaul! Lucky evolution!

I've been coming to this Lucky store for years. But, I won't be any longer. Their food is dated, and rotten. I purchase a can of planter variety nuts for eight dollars, and some change. They were bad! The date has came an gone. And the manager Jon ask, if I would like to get another can. I said' I don't want another can of expired nuts". Refused my refund, put on a gift card I rather have my money back instead. Especially if the can of nuts were already expired. I'm done with this nasty store. Their cashiers are rude.

They had a lot of fresh vegetables. The store seemed well stocked and cleaned. The only thing I got confused with was searching for a bag. I forgot California charges for bags (lol). But, I must say, I love the quality of the bags. The free bags we get in Texas are so thin, that you have to double them if your groceries have a little weight to them.
