if I could give them no negative stars I would. never return any calls or messages I left in the last four weeks. I've email the address on the sign they have placed on the front door with no reply. Also, I've made serval attempts to visit the location with no one working or even in the office its made it difficult to even set an appointment to speak with anyone. terrible service, even with all the COVID issue id expect more from this county facility with better response times or even an actual response.

I agree with Jonathan, this place is the most unorganized and unprofessional business I've come across, especially with the name Farm bureau. No return calls or emails. Get your act together. I'll never join this Bureau and they can say goodbye to my money!!
