Had an issue with the paperwork on a trailer I didn't even purchase from them, they told me how to handle it over the phone. Easy solution but a mountain to me at first. We have purchased 2 trailers in the past from them but I didn't tell them while I was talking to them. Great folks to work with. Highly recommend them.

I had ordered a utility trailer with a ramp that they had to make. When I went to pick up my trailer on a Saturday it wasn't ready. The trailer has somehow been pushed back in the painting line and was not ready. The amazing customer service offered by Lone Wolf Trailers was beyond belief. They gave me a loner trailer to use. They told me they would have my trailer ready the following Monday. I told them I would not be able to return until the next weekend, they offered to come to me and bring my trailer and swap them out. It's hard to find great customer service anymore and the price I paid for the trailer would have been amazing on its own, but these folks went above and beyond. I highly recommend them and I will go back for another trailer.

I bought a 5'x10' trailer from these guys. Customer service was great. The trailer was $100 cheaper than the competition down the road. I pull it with an older 4 cylinder truck and it gives it no trouble. Pulls straight and the tailgate is awesome. It lays down flat in the trailer so it doesn't burn extra fuel. Will definitely do business with these folks in the future
