Sebastian has turned this place around with his professional and friendly service. I have taken several recycle loads of cut trees and shrubs on my 16 foot trailer - loaded down and far too much to unload single handedly. Sebastian worked with me to unload the entire trailer and even offered ice cold water! Excellent service, fair prices and now a good friend. Thank you!

5 Stars – Great Experience!
I had a great experience with Living Earth Lakeside! I was looking for specific types of rock for a landscaping project, and Sebastian was incredibly helpful from start to finish. He took the time to understand what I needed, offered great suggestions, and made sure I left with exactly the right materials. The quality of their rock is top-notch, and the customer service was even better. Highly recommend them to anyone working on a landscaping or construction project—you won’t be disappointed!

See 2 updates at the end after the owner replied to my review--They have reasonable prices, and it's an easy load place. Make sure you know what kind of dirt you want, but they showed me the different types they had out in the field. The type you get makes a difference in weight and how it's used. The cheaper had lots more clay. You will find plastic in it. I always find lots of pieces of 5 gallon water caps, among other plastic. I have gotten many loads as an older female, and this place is easy to work with. You park, walk to the window to order and pay, the drive to the space, and the tractor bucket guy just drives up and dumps it in your pickup or trailer. Bring a tarp to cover the dirt if you don't want it blowing out on the way home. They don't help with anything except loading it. Over the last year, my dirt had LOTS of coffee beans in it, which made it smell strongly, but it seemed to compost quickly once spread. Tip-roll your windows up when dirt is dumped in, or you WILL have a nice coating of dirt in your truck! UPDATE The business replied to my review and, instead of offering to help, denied my review text. Posting, there are no coffee beans or plastic water caps, but I can show them. I said PIECES OF WATER CAPS. The caps are the middle of the large caps about dime size. If they had asked to see them instead of saying I'm wrong, I would have done that. I will now post pictures! I found about 6, among other plastic. Most were thrown away, but the pic I posted shows one of them. Keep in mind I gave them a 5, so why the arguing This tells me how they would act if there was a problem, which I haven't had. 2nd update: The owner replied again, and I don't understand the reply, I am not sure why they are referencing things I never mentioned! It's as if they are not reading but reacting. Not sure why they are upset over a 5 star review and never address the pictures I posted as evidence. I have purchased about 8 truckloads a year, so I know what I'm talking about, as for the owner's suggestion-I can't imagine how the guy sitting in the little house would react to me asking for a "walk" each time I bought dirt! Regardless of the arguing, the dirt is good, price is good, a tiny bit of plastic will be in it (compost mix), quality will vary from time to time depending on what they ground up, and I'll continue to buy. I hope I never have an issue as they seem highly sensitive!

Best customer I have received anywhere in quite some time. Sebastian was very friendly and helpful. We have found our place for compost and mulch needs. Let alone off loading our yard debris of cut up branches. Thank you for amazing service.
