Completely don’t stand by their products, if you’re looking at them and you’re an ag family stay away from them as far as you can be. Look at other treadmill companies. This is the way it came to me. The plug wasn’t even connected, treadmill doesn’t have enough power to even support one lamb. It’s obviously a problem with the motor. It’s a brand new treadmill. They will not warranty it. Stay as far away from them as you can! Cost me over $700 to find the problem which was the plug, now they want me to have the electrician come back out again and send pictures of the plug the breaker, etc. not gonna happen. Save your money go with a different company. Reach out to me if you wanna see the video of the lambs on the treadmill where the treadmill keeps stopping.

Will not answer the phone. Ever. Sent an email. Decided to screen shot them. After I reviewed that they don't answer the phone on here, I sent an email. They responded that I needed to leave a voicemail. I asked if they couldn't answer the question by email, since someone is obviously reading those and responding, but didn't get an answer to the questions, but later got an email telling me politely to take my business elsewhere.
I am attaching screen shots of the emails, because apparently I'm the bad guy here, but if I'm going to spend $3,000 on a piece of equipment- I would like to be able to ask questions and know that if I call a company they are going to be there to pick up.
I have dealt with various other companies when it comes to livestock equipment- Syddel has been by far the best, they answer and text on the weekend when I had issues with a pin breaking on a walker motor, it's unfortunate that they do not sell treadmills.
