Beautiful expansion to their original location, terrible customer service.

For someone who’s shopped with Livestock for quite some time you would think with an upscale expansion you’d experience upscale customer service, but that’s never the case.

Dropped by numerous times recently and it seems like the employees don’t care to pay any mind to any customers whatsoever because they’re too busy sitting behind the counter or speaking amongst their colleagues.

I’ve noticed that the only customers that get acknowledged at the store are the employees peers, meanwhile I feel like I have to wait for the employees to finish their conversations before I can ask for a size/question.

Imagine walking through the doors, employees making direct eye contact with you and immediately go to scrolling on their phones. No greeting, no acknowledgement, nothing. I believe if customers were put first people would be more inclined to want to spend their money, or at least be give a decent customer experience. After all, it’s retail. That’s what employees are there for. Instead it seems like they’re too good for their own customers.

Bought a few J's over the years. It's a top rated Nike and Jordan retailer. Also a good selection of first string converse. Sales a few times a year are decent. Has a boutique feel to the place. Service can be aloof like the others have said. Free pick up option at the store for online orders is convenient. Free shipping also convenient as the min purchase to qualify is a reasonable $50.

Product is amazing and plenty of sizes!

However there is no sign outside so it is hard and confusing to find. When we asked the staff what store it was on our first visit she scoffed and pointed to the door? Kinda weird

I was expecting more from livestock unfortunately they don’t give a …
Pretty poor customer service

Re: Livestock CX team
I wouldn’t call taking the only option available to your customer service team, a resolution.. I had no choice and I would not call myself a satisfied customer.

They’ve definitely got some nice fun clothes but I’ve grown to expect being treated like I don’t belong in their store.

Atmosphere is nice, however staff are disrespectful and their raffles are rigged and backdoored to their buddies. Don't waste your time with raffles at this store.
