My wife had her deer bologna made here and it was phenomenal. Also while picking up our products, there was the overwhelming aroma of cured bacon. I commented on how good it smelled, got a sample, and will be taking my butcher hogs to him to cure.

A friend and I had 2 deer processed there in Dec 2014. Very friendly family with great service. I did think it was a little pricey but overall I was satisfied with the butchering & especially with all the meat vacuum packed.
