Home cooked meals in an industrial atmosphere. Your choice between a massive steak or swamp dust shrimp (why not try both!), vegetarian options on the menu include baked potatoes or Kenai cheese dip. They usually have some carrot cake available if you’ve got a sweet tooth and baked potatoes aren’t quite enough vegetable servings for your StayWell questionnaire. No wait staff here to speak of, it is strictly self serve off of the metal welding table covered in some fancy brown paper. I was mildly surprised that they had beer given that it is a dry county. I only got a mild buzz after polishing off a 24 pack in a chugging contest with some dude named “Wenchy”. Then we was informed by their head chef, Cary, that the beer is actually non alcoholic. Lost a star for that one guys.
