Been a customer for years, whether at the Lancaster Central Market or the HBG Farm Show Farmers Market … love love love their cheese.

Recently bought a sampling of cheeses and yogurt from this farm. The pumpkin spice was just ok, but everything else was absolutely incredible. The feta!! The hard cheeses. That yogurt... Wish I had another tub to enjoy right now!

For sure, the best french style goat cheese you can find across the United States!!
We were craving for a delicious goat cheese, and found that goat farm in Bird in Hand. Upon arrival, a very sweet lady told us that the farm wasnt selling directly at the farm but were settled in Lancaster market (among other locations). We went then to Lancaster market, and were able to buy a few of the different goat cheeses and yogourts. We immediately tried once back home and omg, sooo delicious.. finally a taste of France and authenticity. Thanks a lot, you have happy new customers! Great to know too they are at the HeadHouse farmers market on Lombard every 3rd Sunday of each month, we will definitely see you there!

I absolutely love the Laughing Lindy cheese!! Especially the slightly more aged blocks. One of my all time favorite cheeses and it’s simply wonderful. They also have delicious chèvre, yogurt, feta, and mozzarella. The owners are great too.

Went to Central Market last weekend for a treat. One of my stops has always been Linden Dale farms for their goat cheeses. When I got to the stand, the cases were empty except for a few containers of cheese. I bought one and when I got it home it was a block of ice. Clearly it had been frozen and was not fresh. When it thawed it had the consistency of cottage cheese. Very disappointed. I won’t be stopping by the stand any longer.

Our family loves Linden Dale Farm's Chevre...especially the chive! We don't get into market very frequently, so when we do, it's easy to stock up on the chevre since it freezes so well! It's such a treat to have on hand for snacking or an impromptu grazing platter. It's so easy to thaw and still has that classic chevre texture even after being in our freezer for several months. Their feta is a great star for a summer watermelon, mint & feta salad. If you're looking for an authentic, family-run operation, this is it!

As a wildlife rehabilitator specializing in neonates I have very specific needs when it comes to proper nutrition for the tiny wildlife. Linden Dale Farm is my number 1 go to for fresh goats milk and goats milk yogurt. As the founder of a local nonprofit it is very important to us to support our local businesses and Linden Dale Farm checks that box too. Five stars isn't enough!!
