Lincoln Bakery will always hold a special place in my heart. They made the most beautiful, tasteful, and incredible wedding cake I have ever seen. My guests are still raving about how delicious the cake was. We had a white cake with raspberry filling and another layer that was marble with chocolate mousse filling. From the cake tasting to seeing the masterpiece on the day of the wedding it was above and beyond my dreams!

I ordered a wedding cake for my wedding renewal and the morning of the ceremony I find out they misplaced my order somehow. They did hurry and have something ready for me but I don’t get a discount for the inconvenience. We were the last ones who showed up at the church and had to rush to get ready and the cake was melting and the icing was sliding off of it . Very disappointed for paying about 300 bucks . I would recommend on checking up on them a couple days before to make sure they have your order so things run more smoothly I guess.

This is the go-to bakery for me. Always fresh. The cakes are fresh and perfectly made. The icing is sweet but not sugar sweet. The ladies are always on top of their game, customers are treated and taken care of in a great, quick manner. Better than any bakery close to me.

New ownership has eliminated some of our favorite goodies. Their new items not my preference. For the Lincoln Bakery items they get a 5. For taking some of those away, they get a 3.

New cake designer started recently, Abby, her work is STUNNING. Hope new owner doesn't change cake and icing recipes.

Seems like a nice little bakery. Great atmosphere and service, but it's hard to believe how people could enjoy their products. Their Charlottes were probably the only thing we've enjoyed from this establishment thus far, but the most disappointing of them was the white cake in the photo with the coconut shavings all around. The person that picked it up was told it was "their best seller", but there was really nothing special about it. The overall taste and presentation (not including the scroll with the writing) were quite subpar, and all that buttercream they used made me feel like I ate a pound of butter.

Stopped in to get a few goodies because we were in the area, don't get to Bellvue very often. Very disappointed, the bread was good, that's why I gave it a 2. It was donut day supposedly on sale (I know why they all tasted the same, they seemed stale). The box of donuts even had an odd smell. I have baked for years tried to figure out what it could be. They didn't have any of the usual things I used to get like mini cinnamon cakes or apricot flops. I now see why it's different new owners from the reviews I read. Why when someone takes over an established business do you change things (it's an established business because of the people who work there and the products they sell). We won't be back.

GARBAGE - and that is where that cake ended-up. Lincoln Bakery used to produce really great cakes and was our family's go to for birthdays, anniversaries, first communion, baptisms, and various other celebrations - Well not anymore!!!

This was simply the most awful cake that we have ever had the misfortune to purchase. It was inedible, and to be honest, it was disgusting.

My husband picked-up the cake and it was already in a box, tied-up, without any opportunity to see it before paying for it. After being carefully transported home, we opened the box and a section of roses had slid off of the top of the cake. I wasn't happy, but since the cake was already boxed and tied-up, who could say when the icing was disturbed.

The cake itself was not fresh, and the chocolate bottom layer was actually stale and markedly thinner than the top vanilla layer. The worst part, and what made the cake inedible, was the icing!!! It had a strange consistency, almost like shaving cream, and an overpowering artificial flavor that left an unpleasant, oil-like coating on the inside of your mouth with a bitter artificial aftertaste I don't have the words to describe how disgusting this excuse for a cake actually was. No one managed more than 2 bites, not even the children. We and our guests were all seated around the table, each of us began eating our piece of cake, and after a moment everyone just stopped eating, we all just sort of looked at each other, some with apparent distaste on their faces. Then one of the children asked their mother if they could "spit it out" and have a drink because the cake tasted bad! I truly cannot convey how terrible this cake was!!!!

This cake ruined our birthday party and left us embarrassed and apologizing to our guests for serving something so nasty.

Except for the few bites everyone had before they stopped eating, the entire cake ended up in the garbage; frankly that is where it belonged. What a waste of food and money.

We made a special trip from Beaver County to buy this cake and to say we could have made a better cake if we had bought a box of cake mix and a tub of pre-made frosting at the grocery store, would not be an exaggeration.

If you have an upcoming celebration, do yourself and your guests a favor and order your cake somewhere else!
