22 years now with Lentz Milling. My sales rep has bent over back words to bring my business the ingredients and items I've needed in a timely manner over all these years. I've consistently experienced thorough and accurate information and communications that allow me to run my business smoothly during both the good and bad times. Very bad Organizing and very bad respect ,
5 hours to unloading my trailer

- Flour delivery took 2 hours and 17 minutes past appointment.

- Reciving starts at 8am, yard jockey will check & break your seal then tell you to back in to the first available dock door in the front of the building with your BOL in the back of the trailer. Once unloaded the receiver will come out with your signed BOL and tell you when it's safe to pull away.

- Checked in at 8:00am for 9:00am flour delivery. Started unloading at 10:18am, Unloaded 11:17am

- Overnight Parking on the side between the trailers if you find room. Facility is open 24hrs but not for reciving.

Not the same company they used to be. Fail to inform customer of decades that they no longer stock an ingredient that I have used for 35 years.

We have been customers of Lentz for almost 40 years and they used to be our most reliable vendors. Now they are hands down the worst. They don't answer the phone or respond to messages. I understand that there are supply chain issues but they dont explain or have the professionalism to respond to messages. North Dakota Milling should find a new distributor.

Rely on them at your own risk.

We've been a customer for over 15 years. They used to be hands down the best supplier. Quality has dropped off dramatically. There was a change over of public facing staff 4ish years ago and there was a slight drop in service. They were then bought by JM Swank and we started getting shorted occasionally without prior notice. They've now been bought by Brenntag, a German chemical distributor, "The Global Chemical Distributor with a Local Point of View". Since that has been a part of their tag line, I've spent 8+ hours on the phone every week trying to get in contact with them. That includes multiple 3 hours stints of calling, waiting on hold, getting kicked to voicemail, and immediately redialing. I'm currently looking at an email confirmation of an order placed on 9/21 for delivery on 9/29, I just got off the phone with customer service (on 9/30), who I called, and was informed that it was never loaded and they aren't sure when they'll get around to it. In that email it lists a sales agent, who we've never met or spoken to. It's been so long since we've met anyone other than truck drivers, or spoken to anyone not on the customer service line, the last sales agent we spoke to has been dead for years and retired prior.

IN 9:10 OUT 9:50 full trailer fast unloading easy check in call the number get a door put your paperwork back of the trailer when they finish they'll come out hand it to you.. no restroom no vending machine

No problems, got in at 10:40AM for a 11AM appointment, got door at 11AM. As soon as you hit the dock they unload you. "NO LUMPER" They unload it them self's so that awesome.
